THE RESULTS : A local airline and client of ours no longer has any need for bulky repair manuals despite having thousands of different makes and models of equipment. That’s because we scanned, indexed and now host on a dedicated Sidekick Web Services Server all the information contained in those manuals. Their entire ground service personnel is now authorized to access the right manual for the job from anywhere they can access the internet.
